Lovely building in quiet location. Room was clean and comfortable. The garden games were fun. Although there isn't a bar, as such, a good selection of drinks are kept in 'Mother Superior's' office and available via calling reception. There is no restaurant on site but there are restaurants nearby.
Overall a pleasant stay. 5 stars would be achieved by offering breakfast even a continental type.

Loved our stay at the Abbey. A beautiful building, great restoration. We were free to wander around on a self-guided tour. Such history.
A particular mention of Allynne, who looked after so well and so pleasantly. She's a treasure!
Particular highlight was a terrific cheese platter and glass of wine in the charming lounge.
