Superb location, close to the train station and metro's. Walking distance to a lot of sights and Le Marais round the corner. Hotel decor is unique, staff were good and quickly resolved an issue I had. Rooms are compact, but should be for sleeping only so not an issue. Would recommend and stay again.
Only criticism would be the rooms are getting a bit tired and could do with a top to bottom clean, but for the price compared to other hotels in the area I think some small compromises are expected.

Perfect location for train station, the shops and the beach. Lovely friendly staff with a 4pm popcorn time and a water machine so you always have a supply of cold (and bubbly) water. Clean and decent rooms. Only minor criticism is the breakfast. Selection is poor and the coffee is terrible. Overall though a great hotel at a reasonable cost and I recommend

We stayed 5 nights here and had a very positive experience and would definitely stay again. In particular, the customer service from the owner/manager, as well as all the reception staff we dealt with, was very friendly, welcoming and helpful.
Our room was small but clean and pleasant, and the breakfast had a good variety of food and drink. The location is also a big plus, Le Marais is a great area with so many fantastic restaurants and cafes. The Louvre and Notre Dame are within walking distance, plus there is a subway station right near the hotel which is very convenient.

Really great location for the le marais, the best location. But the facility is avarage, small room etc. and dont forget that the water is not for free in the hotel.
