As described. Somewhat outdated, but comfortable. Washing machine worked occasionally. Chair cover in master bedroom is torn. Chair covering in living room shows wear. Host was amazing and very accommodating.

I booked the trip less than a week out because I wanted a dream vacation for our family and not just a place to stay. That’s when itrip found me after a series of online searches and revealed the perfect place—406 Kima.
The condo was amazing. It was on the beach, it included a wrap around balcony with shunning ocean views- morning, noon, and night!
It had a full kitchen, washer/dryer, 2-bed & bathrooms-plus free parking!
The three of us created some precious and lasting family memories at a price lower than a stuffy high class hotel!
I love this place so much, I will recommend it to my favorite nonprofit (Breast Wishes). This wonderful organization has arranged and paid for lots of beach vacations for women who need a relaxing distraction from breast cancer treatments.
Thx again for a perfect 5 day stay.

We were a bit surprised when we checked into Kima 406. The condo itself is a bit rough. It definitely needs some help. The kitchen is very outdated. The lower cabinet doors wouldn't close. Theres a mishmash of dishes, but we did have what we needed. The icemaker worker sporadically. The lighting in neither bathroom was very good. The master bathroom shower was difficult to use. The water streams in one place making it difficult to rinse off. We ended up using the hallway bathroom that has a tub/shower combo. That was much easier to use.The master bed was lumpy, but I was happy to see that it wasn’t a tall bed that I had to climb up into! The closet door in the master made a horrible noise, so we just chose to leave it open. The floors could use a good deep cleaning. There was dirt build-up in every corner.On the plus side, it did have beautiful views of the beach! We haven't seen the water so calm and clear in years! The balcony was nice. The pool was so warm, but there were tons of tiny bugs in it.We loved going to the beach and were thrilled with how close it was to get to. I have limited capability walking, and I was able to make it without much difficulty.The washer & dryer were wonderful to have to keep our clothes clean!I did have a few questions while there and always got a quick answer.
