However, I was disappointed to find that breakfast was provided as packed food, with no coffee included. This was not what I had expected when booking a room with breakfast. **2. Coffee Availability** Coffee is available at the lobby only between 10.00 am and 5.00 pm. This timing is rather impractical, especially for guests travelling for work. Most working guests are already out for meetings or attending to their duties during these hours. Even leisure travellers would not necessarily want to return to the lobby just to have a cup of coffee. Having coffee available during breakfast hours would be far more convenient and appropriate. **3. Water Dispenser** Although water dispensers are provided along the corridors, they appeared to be unplugged throughout my stay. This raised concerns about their functionality and maintenance. Without clear information on whether the dispensers are regularly serviced and their filters replaced, I would rather purchase bottled drinking water from outside. **4. Facilities and Accessibility** The gym, laundry facilities and swimming pool are located on Level 8, but guests have to go to Level 7 and climb the stairs to access Level 8.
