    This a a sincere review , for those for book for long stay at did not arrive on 1st day, the hotel will not let you check in and they put you in no show. The staff is rude, keep on arguing is Agoda policy but they are the one who misunderstood the policies. 1. Cancellation upon not show throughout the booking period, not on the 1st day 2. Staff say call Agoda and let the Agoda staff confirm the stay, I did 3. Agoda staff mention hotel side still denied my stay, I know they sell my room to other (double profit) 4. Staff did not handle it professionally and blame me for not check in for day 1, and blame Agoda for the cancellation policy Totally below expectation

    The room is decent. Got exactly what was shown in the pictures (layout wise). Cleanliness wise, I'm usually not that picky about cleanliness, some mold or stains in the bathroom is tolerable but please look at the pictures I've attached. This is the 1st time I've seen a cockroach running around in my hotel room. I killed the pest. Though if there's one, it's possible that there could be more. Fortunately, I only stayed for 1 night. Another thing is the towel. Why? Why give a towel with a hole on it and another one stained with something yellow? Can't you just simply give a new towel? Please improve, it's terrible at this point. If you just need a place to stay for the night, it's gonna be fine but a holiday? Take your business somewhere else for your own good. Thank you for reading my review.
