    No windows and literally they give me room in ground floor 101 All my requests were ignored Really disappointed

    Room : 101 room is not suitable for guest, under staircase, like Harry Potter seriously, I did not pay to stay under staircase, and when I ask to change room, they say full house Cleanliness: with all the dusk, spill, and seems like there is no maintenance at all for this hotel, you can clearly see the mouldy everywhere in the bathroom Facilities: basically there is nothing, just give you a empty cup, no even drinking water, and a very small tub of shower gel for one time use maybe, will need to bring own toiletries if you decide to stay Staff : worse, can't really communicate.. told them to do house keeping when I was out at 7am, come back at the and nothing done.. Worse part? A women from no where start an argument with the staff at 3am, and the 101 room just behind the reception and our slept get interrupted Worse experience ever...

    Never thought that a hotel room will be under staircase.. no maintenance, mouldy & stain in toilet, table.. only one empty cup and no other facilities provided
