    Cleanliness was not a priority at this hotel. Our towels were black, shower stained black from lack of cleaning, bedding stained or simply dirty, crumbs/dirt on all surfaces in the room. No room service provided the entire stay. We booked a room for 4 guests, but were limited to only 2 towels, having to give dirty ones in order to receive new ones—eventually 1 towel is all they would give. We shared towels the entire stay. Breakfast was not advertised correctly on the breakfast sign, ending 30 minutes prior to displayed. To add, it wasn’t a nice breakfast as pictured either. Only coffee, granola bars, and bear claws (if anything was left). The toilet seat was at least 2 inches smaller than the actual toilet.

    This is quiet and peaceful environment. The staff and front desk lady are very nice and welcoming. The room was clean and well kept, most of the other guests were quiet but some are not.

    Slow and needs improvement of services and sometimes no one at night to help due feels dead inside this hotel and needs more good management i felt shocked for our situation during this stay but room sleep is good but management is very slow and needs alot of improvement i dont reccomend stay here go so somewhere is better services there cleaning is need too
