Spa was excellent
I had a room in The Paddocks and (as a single female) felt quite vulnerable on the 5 minute walk to and from the main building behind quite a tall hedge.
Also my room wasn’t made up prior to the second night.
The Poolside was lovely, staff were great and food/bar area all as expected.
Will visit again (but ensure I’d be staying in the main building).

We were allocated rooms in the annex in Paddock, the water pressure in the shower was not satisfactory and took a long time to heat up. Unfortunately this was identified too late to raise with the hotel team as the booking was for just one night's stay.
Breakfast was superb and the staff were extremely helpful.
