    Make sure you read the email properly that you will receive upon booking in. It will explain how to check in. Reception not manned at all times. Great location

    We booked a 4 night stay in a 1 bedroom apartment with garden view. We arrived after office hours so had to self checkin and opened the door to a horror show. Beware of apartment 15! The apartment was filthy, cold, smelly, extremely run down and sparce with a noisy roadside view instead of a garden one. Nothing like what was advertised. We spent the first night cleaning it so we wouldnt feel so gross sleeping there and complained the next day. Hats off to the reception, they moved us into a new apartment the next day and refunded us that first night. We really appreciated that, thank you. The replacement apartment looked much more like the one advertised, however it was still pretty run down and musty smelling. But it was fine for the next 3 nights. For the price of the apartment, you really don’t get much. The lowest quality tea and coffee sachets, no basics like salt and pepper, oil, dish washing liquid etc. We were provided 1 chux cloth and a quarter of a scoure so everything had to go in the dishwasher even if it was just a couple items. We were provided with 2 small clothes detergent sachets though so that was good. Security was also dubious... for half the time we were there, the access doors to the apartments were kept unlocked, and the first morning we walked out to undercover cops leaving one of the attached private apartments. Parking was awful. Spaces are tiny and people just park over 2 leaving you with street parking that can be difficult to nab. Had to park 4 properties down when arriving so were left to cart our luggage up the street. On a positive note, the gardens and pool area are lovely.

    We got good deal staying as they have Reno. Location is 40 minute walk to the center. Stain on sofa and carpet. In general it is clean inside the suite. Problems:1. Limited supply of things like coffee, dish washer detergent etc2. Hallway has energy saving light which I find it creepy walking from dark to light3. The dryer was broken and they replaced it while we were there 4. Dated suite but still acceptable
