    Cross between holiday makers and permanent residents, lots of noisy dogs! Reception closed at weekends.We arrived Saturday at 2pm, searched for keys in wall safe. Searched and found appt. and unpacked. 90 mins later cleaner let themselves in told us wrong appt. People in our correct apartment not even moved out 😡 Had to sit and wait for it to be cleaned, given keys at 4 pm!!!

    The resort is absolutely perfect... the only thing is the location is a bit far from Cairns Centre, approx. 4km. Other than that, everything is perfect.

    Fabulous pool, apartment complex. Midgies are crazy so brugg bf spray, unit 802 is old very little atmosphere or comfort inside, couch seats only 5 we got only 5 mugs …needs an update, but great access to pool. North qld apartments needs more relaxed seating and if it’s 3 couples it needs 3 kings not one room with a double bed !! Staff were wonderful. Love our stay apart from small issues

    We stayed here with our two young children and encountered several challenges. There was no lift access, so carrying heavy bags upstairs was difficult. Although the pool looked nice, the heavy rain prevented us from using most of the facilities. Due to the lack of a staffed reception, we had to rely on an after-hours contact number that was not regularly monitored, which led to several issues. For instance, the initial check-in information provided an incorrect code for the keys. Eventually, we received an envelope from a lockbox, but it did not include instructions for accessing the car park, leaving us to seek help from a resident in the rain. The next day, after returning from our outing, our key no longer worked. It took considerable time to get assistance from a maintenance staff member who was not on shift—a delay that was especially frustrating with our children needing to use the bathroom. We also tried contacting after-hours support to find out how to access the lockbox for returning the keys but have yet to receive a response. We still have the keys and are waiting to hear how to return them. Overall, the property suffered from poor communication and a lack of effective support and I would not recommend staying here.
