    Generally great value and location. The one annoyance was being charged extra to use the room safety deposit box when it was included in the room specifications. You might as well tell people they need to pay to use the TV or shower. Booking sites should require hotels to specify if any of the room amenities require further payment. Then guests would be in a better position to refuse to pay when charged.

    Check in is nightmare with people made to wait till 3pm exactly. Breakfast is ok. Good location.

    I booked a double bed suit. However the staff made mistake and given me a twin bed. They still tried to argue that agora was the one who made the mistake. Last, they have given me the double bed suit after I insisting
