We are a repeating guests in this hotel. The hotel services are excellent in the reactive services. If you ask, they make it happen (mostly). I would hope they could get a little bit better in the proactive services. I'm introvert and it is very uncomfortable for me to call the front desk. For example the rooms don't have a kettle for boiling hot water for tea etc. (They have the cups and teas there..)
I'm a tea drinker and a bad sleeper and asking 5x a day to bring hot water to the room is very inconvenient. Especially at 3.30am when woke up and need a soothing warm tea to make me fall asleep again. Also I drink litters of tea and they always bring one small tea pot with a cup.
So that's my biggest thing otherwise very nice place to stay.

The rooms were spacious. Very clean and well maintained hotel. The AC could not be blasted like we like it.

Amazing hotel in the heart of Vienna. Pretty quiet too in spite of being in such a busy area. Would recommend!
