Breakfast was better on the weekends. Hotel location was on edge of a seemingly unsafe area. The room was warm and AC was inconsistent. We weren’t there during hot weather. Shower head wouldn’t stay in one place making showering very difficult and uncomfortable.

The entire staff was excellent, friendly and professional. The entire property was immaculately maintained. I did find the small gym lacking in equipment and though I reserved a larger king room it was very small with almost no space for storage. Great location in the middle of everything.

Having never been to Paris before, I was very unsure where to book a hotel. After reading the reviews and considering the location, I decided on Hotel Le 123 Sebastopol. The room (and property) was VERY clean, the bed was VERY comfortable and the staff was very helpful and friendly. We were there in the middle of a Paris heatwave and their air-conditioning was great!!! If I am ever fortunate enough to go to Paris again, I will definitely stay here!
