I went with my two children 10 and 8 we had a absolute blast. The pool was amazing and hot tub was extremely nice. The weight room was fully stocked and we enjoyed our time very much.

The Chateau is a beautiful facility with a prime location. It’s clean, the rooms are a good size, and they offer a decent complimentary breakfast. However, the front desk staff needs some work. They allowed drunken post-party revelers to carry on in the main area until 3:30am. It was impossible to sleep as it was very raucous. The staff did nothing about it. A quiet comfortable stay is first on every traveler’s list and the Chateau failed miserably.

The hotel is located in nice and is located near restaurants, shopping and activities. The only thing I see is that it is a little out dated. The rooms are older and the hotel areas are out dated, so it needs a little updating.

The hotel room is very old. Although the bed sheets and comforter looked clean, they were not. I woke up with itching and bite marks on my body. The bathtub also does not close properly, and the drainage is terrible. Because of this, the water spills out and you can’t finish a full shower. Overall, the room conditions are unacceptable.
