We had a lovely stay, myself and my husband with our daughter and her partner we all said we will be back again, i have asked for a quote to bring our family down for my 60th birthday in June 2027 for 23 of us as there is so much to do at the hotel for the adults and our grandchildren, we ate both night's and couldn't Fault the food the lift was broken down but the hotel did notify us before we arrived and did give me a room below due to my arthritis so thank you again! The Carlton hotel is in a great location within walking distance of the beach and nearby shops and places to eat. Staff very friendly and helpful. I stayed in the Toorak last year and had a lovely time. The only recommendation I would make is the property would benefit greatly from a bit of an update which is much needed.

The bed was comfy but it wasn't big enough for my partner and myself. If your a vegetarian/ vegan like myself the food options you can purchase within the complex is very limited so you have to walk into the town centre to get what you're looking for. Staff are very friendly and helpful and the entertainment is good in the evenings. We've stayed here 4or 5 times.
