Staff is helpful. Rooms are big. We ended up upgrading to another room and the size is almost doubled but only charged for a little extra. The location is good and is closed to areas with numerous great restaurants nearby.

Found this beautiful trendy and very spacious hotel in the Saint Martin city area of Buenos Aires. Close to the cathedral, and city life. It was extremely spacious, beds were very comfortable, breakfast was simple but plentiful and staff were nice. But watch out, the front desk told me one thing and by the next day - it changed. I asked if I could have a little later check out from 10:30am to 11:00am. They said no problem when I visited and on the day I checked in. On the day that I was checking out they called the room at 11:00 am informing me that I was past the checkout time, then said that they never agreed. Then there was a $3 USD room charge which surprised me plus I needed to pay in cash. Somehow it seemed like it was a scam but it was $3 so I just paid and didn’t make a big deal. I remembered asking the desk clerk upon checking in, if I needed to pay anything else when I purchased the room on Agoda. The price was stunningly good for the hotel. He said no but requested a credit card to hold for any incidentals. However, they kept my bags earlier in the day before my check in time of 2:00 pm while I toured the city. The hotel room did not have chargers near the bed but had both a bath and a shower and lots of closet space. I highly recommend staying there if in BA.

The hotel is well located but that's about it. The service is almost non- existent starting from taking your baggage to the room.. The breakfast is very very basic. The room service is in-consistent. The front desk could speak English which was a plus. In todays times when service is key, especially in hospitality business its time this hotel stepped up.
