We arrived at 1am and did the pre-check in and informed the hotel in advance we will arrive after 12, we were told it was a 24 hour manned service. 6 rooms for business trip, on arrival we had to wait around 30mins to be given our card keys, to wait for the man on the desk to close the accounts from the previous day, knowing we would arrive and made us wait, they were already printed on the shelf behind him, he didn’t need to use the computer! The rest of the hotel was ok, average. The breakfast was lovely

Good for proximity to the metro and some good choices for food around. However, we were not happy with the cleanliness of the room and taking a shower in the small cubicle was not pleasurable with the temperature going from hot to cold uncontrollably. We were surprised the room did not have a fridge or a coffee station - a first for Europe.

The hotel restaurant was not opened the night we arrived. The restaurant next to the hotel was great. We found a store close to the hotel that sold fresh croissants and coffee which was much much cheaper then the hotel (we dint eat big breakfast). The first night we arrived we had an issue with the room that was resolved quickly by the ladies at the front desk.

This was a typical Campanile hotel which we often use. We were happy with this hotel which was up to the usual Campanile standards and the Reception staff were particularly friendly and helpful. We will definitely use this hotel again when travelling from the North to the South of France

This is a budget hotel so everything was as expected. Cheap and cheerful. The staff are really, really friendly. The room is basic but has everything you need. Unfortunately the carpet was really stained which was a bit worrying! It's a 10 minute walk to the train station where you can get the metro and buses into town. Location is very good if you're happy to walk a bit. We had dinner at the hotel which was very tasty and reasonably priced.

The location seemed threatening. Parking was critical for us and there seemed to be no involvement by Campanile to provide adequate parking.

On arrival we were given a code for the car park. After parking car we booked into hotel and were charged 6 euros for parking (no mention of this on website) Only 2 sachets coffee one tea and one verbena with two doses of milk!! No extra available. Very poor for price paid and not normal. Other chains include more refreshments and free parking.

Room was ok overall. AC barely worked abd the room stayed hot. Shower was very small. Toilet required seating at an angle due to a wall close to it. Built-in hair dryer was useless. No conditioner in shower. No tissues in the room. Overall didn't feel like a 3 star hotel at all.

A bit away from the center of Lyon but a very nice hotel with a good staff. Secure off road parking was a plus and the meals were very good. Rooms are warm in the summer but that is probably more of a French thing than a problem, just a cultural difference in the use of air conditioning. Staff was almost all bilingual and were very helpful. Room is small but very adequate.

The hotel was good. At the check in they couldn’t find our reservation at first, but then eventually they found it. The room was for 3 adults, one double/king bed and a single bed. The single bed was very uncomfortable and the room was boiling hot although we turned off the heating. The room was clean and the staff were kind.
