We unfortunately only stayed for one night but the property was awesome and staff was super friendly and helpful. They helped us to send our bags to Kyoto since traveling in and out of Hakone is a little difficult with 4 large bags. Overall amazing hotel, room was beautiful/clean and the breakfast and dinner buffet was so good. Absolutely recommend if you’re staying in Hakone.

Fabulous breakfast and excellent onsen. Expensive but the cost is likely typical for the Hakone area. We appreciated the shuttle service to Hakone-Yumoto Station!
