Family run hotel that feels so welcoming, with an excellent restaurant. Right next to the ferry and bus stops, though quite far from Lucerne city

Good lake view bedroom with comfortable balcony. We loved the access to the lake and the garden with comfortable seating and pier. There was a small bar so we could have a relaxing drink there too. Easy access to busses and boats for sightseeing and close to gondolas etc. Breakfast was good and there were 2 restaurants on site. Tea and coffee facilities in The room were appreciated.
Corridors are a little gloomy but our bedroom had been nicely updated.

The staff was incredible- the restaurant and bar were lovely. The breakfast was great- tons of options.
It had a smoker smell in the room, the gym could use updating, the saunas are not included

The location and views are heavenly.
The food we had in the evening pretty good too.
Restaurant was a nice space with decent fixtures and fittings.
Young staff miserable and couldn't be bothered.
The room was dusty and needed a good clean.
We were told the Spa wasn't open until June which when we questioned at check out transpired to be a lie...they just couldn't be bothered setting it up for us.
The Hotel is very expensive for what it is. The room and bathroom is looking tired and needs updating.
Breakfast was very average...beige and bland.
The Hotel Manager was very apologetic on check out..seems he's having a bit of a rough time with poor staff.
