I arrived late and was still able to have dinner at 10 pm, the staff were very helpful . The hotel is ideally situated for the airport - only 20 minutes away

During my stay, the hotel was extremely noisy at night and I was unable to sleep at all. There were many people making noise on the reception floor, which made it impossible for me to rest.
The following day, I had to leave the hotel at 5:30 a.m. to go to the airport. As my stay included breakfast, and I was leaving before breakfast service hours, I requested the night before that a breakfast box be prepared for me.
However, when I checked out at 5:30 a.m., nothing was ready. The staff still needed to prepare and organize the breakfast box, and I did not have time to wait as I had to leave for the airport. As a result, I left without having breakfast, despite having paid for it as part of my stay.
