The staff was very friendly and helpful. The rooms were comfortable and clean. And, I appreciated the snacks that were provided. We just had one hiccup: the hotel's database was apparently hacked and I received an email and a text message that were spoofed to look like messages from the hotel asking for payment. I would recommend staying at this hotel, but just be careful about communications and payment that you did not initiate.

Room was delightful, impeccable. Cleaning services were excellent. Wonderful view. I was comp'ed breakfast and appreciated the gift. Staff are attentive, responsive, and usually cheerful. Thanks to all for a comfortable and welcoming stay.

Friendly staff, comfortable bed, we had asked for a balcony room and didn’t get. The water in the shower could have been hotter, but one night there to see a few sites was great.

This is the second time we have stayed here. Both times on the 4th floor with a view of Rue Traversière which is quintessentially Parisian. The staff are very friendly and the proximity to the Gare de Lyon and Metro line 1 make it easy to get around Paris. There are plenty of good reasonably priced restaurants within walking distance.
