About this apartment rental
For families or groups of friends this apartment is fully furnished, air conditioned and with sea views. The apartment has 3 comfortable bedrooms with fitted wardrobes one bathroom with a bath tub and 2 en suite in each room its also very large with a huge terrace BBQ area and sea view. Penthouse with large terrace, fully AC and fully equipped with all amenities. Fully equipped kitchen (oven, refrigerator, freezer etc.) , One balcony facing the sea. Beach can be reached on foot as it is only 5 minutes away. All amenities are around the corner.
Marsascala has wonderful sandy beach with clear blue water. The sea is never too cold or too warm even in midsummer You can swim all year round in Malta - from November until April. Most importantly it is a very safe island for children to play by themselves.

This is a difficult review to write. Lucianne and Charlo were lovely people and were very helpful in sorting out any problems we had. However, some of those issues should really not have arisen if the property had been properly maintained and inspected. The 2 “beach chairs” on the balcony were both broken, one of them to the extent that it was unsafe to sit on. The plug in the bath did not hold water and the shower head in the bathroom was cracked and sprayed water everywhere. We also had to enquire why the aircon in our bedroom wasn’t working and there was no hot water in the bathroom. Both these issues were resolved by simply turning on isolation switches which we were not made aware of.
Another issue which we didn’t raise at the time (mainly because of the others we had to deal with!) was that we did not have access to the whole apartment. We asked at the outset whether there was a possibility of a price reduction as there were only the two of us staying and were told no. We obviously, therefore, paid the price for the whole apartment but two of the bedrooms were locked and not accessible. For all the owners knew myself and my wife may have slept in separate bedrooms but that question was never asked.
This was all a shame as you really don’t want to spend time on holiday dealing with such problems.
It would be helpful if an information booklet was provided which is usually provided in other properties we’ve stayed in.
