Staff were very welcoming during our late check in and even upgraded our room. We got the private suite but were unable to use it due to the cleanliness of it. We let the staff know and it was cleaned regularly during our stay but with no filtration it was still not clean enough for us so we just used the community pools. Beach tide varied so we didn’t get to enjoy that either because the water just wasn’t pleasant looking. I would stay again if we vacationed here with a few adjustments on my end.

Staff everything was great the only thing that its not all inclusive, you have to pay more and its not the only time i have been to a barcelo prop they just gave us breakfast
