Upon arriving, we were greeted by a kind receptionist who spoke both Spanish and English. He also invited us to a free archery class which we enjoyed since our room wasn't ready yet. I was pleasantly surprised by the organisation of thoughtful guest experiences the hotel has created. It is very customer-centric. Special drinking water stations in the hallway, heaters all around, clean spaces and kind hospitality. The meal at breakfast was more than what hotels in Argentina usually offer, which shows management's consideration to tourist preferences. The dining facility is the best in town, even better than other high-end hotels in my opinion, both in service, food quality, and especially the view! Thank you so much and I look forward to returning.

Really lovely hotel with amazing views. Plentiful breakfast. Professional staff.
The communal areas all look great, which creates an expectation that the rooms will be of a similar standard. Room 125 has a large stain on the carpet at the entrance and looked a bit dated compared to the rest of the hotel, which is a shame.
