I recently stayed at your hotel and feel compelled to express my extreme disappointment with my experience. I regret my choice. I trusted reviews, and both my husband and I ended up having a terrible, sleepless night. The room was dark to the point that it was almost impossible to choose what to wear unless we brought our suitcase into the bathroom. The room was cold, and the heating was poor. The bedding was of very poor quality, uncomfortable against the skin, and insufficient. The duvet was a summer one, entirely inadequate for the cold winter temperatures in West Yorkshire. The pillow was unhygienic, and I did not dare to use it. The breakfast was very poor, to the point that I do not see the point in offering it. The service was also extremely disappointing. I do not blame the staff, who were clearly under-resourced, as the same person had to handle reception duties, assist with breakfast service, clean tables, and more. Overall, this was a very unpleasant stay. I will not be returning and cannot recommend your hotel.

I booked an accessible room for 2 nights being a person with limited mobility. While yes the room was great with no problems for me getting around,the bathroom was also very spacious. However the toilet in the bathroom was a different matter!!!! You had to sit on it at about 45 degrees because the sink comes out right in front of it meaning you cannot get your legs in. It also now meant the grab rail was behind you as was the very low toilet paper holder. While i managed just about a less able person would not and im pretty sure a wheelchair user would not manage at all The room was 110 and i would recommend disabled people refuse this room

Ideal place to stay in Burnley: there is limited options for business travellers staying around Burnley. This has become my place to stay if in the area why? Good accommodation, close to trains, free breakfast, supportive staff and of course cost. Wouldn’t consider anywhere else, as always consistently good.

This is a very modern Holiday Inn with nice communal areas; cafe/bar, restaurant, reception desk, etc. There is a large car park. Our room was a good size and very clean and had air conditioning, an iron, hairdryer and tea and coffee making facilities. There is an ice machine near reception and a cold drink vending machine. Breakfast is buffet style and has plenty of choice from cereal and pastries to cooked options (eggs, hash browns, beans, tomatoes, sausages (veggie on request), bacon, etc.) and a coffee machine and selection of teas and juice. The staff were all really friendly and helpful and all areas of the hotel that we used were very clean. I would definitely use this hotel again and would recommend it to others.

I’ve been using well known competitors for 30 years. This was my first time in a Holiday Inn. I will NEVER use TL again. There is no comparison. Room is larger, spotless, has A/C, excellent shower, and FULL COMPLIMENTARY breakfast!! It’s very well worth the extra £10. A real winner.

We had a wonderful stay at Holiday Inn! From the moment we arrived, the staff were welcoming, professional, and attentive. The check-in process was smooth, and we felt well taken care of throughout our visit. The room was clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully designed, with everything we needed to feel at home. Housekeeping did a great job every day, and the overall atmosphere was peaceful and relaxing. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting, and we already looking forward to coming back!

We booked a double room and when arrived, we were allocated a triple room which meant there was no chair and desk in the room to allow me to do some work. After asking for an alternative room, I was told that this couldnt be accommodated. Nobody on reception in the morning at check out either
