    My experience at this property was characterized by severe health code violations and a total failure of management to maintain a habitable environment. Upon entry, the room exhibited a pervasive odor of mold, a shower curtain infested with mold growth, and an uncleaned bathroom. Most critically, a biological hazard was identified in the form of extensive blood stains on the mattress cover, which had been deceptively concealed beneath fresh linens. Management’s refusal to remediate these hazards necessitated that I personally perform the sanitation services required to render the space safe, a process that confirmed systemic neglect. Furthermore, one of Agoda’s customer support representatives demonstrated a complete lack of professional competence; the representative was overtly belligerent and engaged in unauthorized actions regarding my reservation rather than providing necessary assistance. This level of service is an egregious breach of both the implied warranty of habitability and basic consumer rights. I am pursuing a full refund for this substandard and hazardous stay and strongly advise others to avoid both this property and this platform.

    The staff was very nice, especially the staff who worked the breakfast buffet. The place however needs a thorough cleaning and refresh.
