The Village Center at Big Sky Resort

It would have been helpful had we known prior to our arrival the check-in process. Due to construction projects we had to be escorted to a parking lot, and then driven to the hotel.

Very clean area. Friendly and helpful staff. Big room with a patio outside. Would definitely stay here again.

Overall the hotel itself was beautiful, lobby, rooms etc! However, if you looked closely you could tell the carpet had not been replaced in ages and the furniture was worn. Also, very inconvient and confusing for check in and check out! Surronding contruction was very annoying. We were able to enjoy our stay, but I would not recommend it to anyone.

This was just a quick stop between Glacier and Flaming Gorge but really enjoyed the clean and complimentary laundry facilities.

Stay for the most part was great. Staff was very friendly. Cleaning boy - did nothing but give us clean towels. Did not even take out our over flowing garbage. He also stole my very expensive gel (when I asked my myself, would a guy steal my gel - well he had long curly brown hair) When I confronted him, I told him either he could “go find it in his garbage” or that I would be making a call. Interestingly enough, he “found” it in his garbage.

The resort was under construction as they’re adding a new ski lift, but the staff couldn’t have been friendlier or more accommodating. Will be back!

The room and amenities were beautiful. Parking was free but traveling from the parking lot to the actual room were very inconvenient via shuttle that was not readily available. Otherwise very nice stay with lovely turndown service.

Was a beautiful, well-kept property. Our studio room with a Murphy bed was perfect with many details. Our 30th wedding anniversary surprise was icing on the cake!

The resort is nestled on a beautiful mountain and I'm sure that those who ski or bike could speak to a much better experience than we can. We did not have a bad experience by any means, it's just not the resort for us. The property was clean and the staff were friendly and attentive. We don't bike, so there wasn't anything for us to do at the resort. Even the shopping was bike/ski focused. The restaurants and cocktail lounges closed early in the evening, but that could be because it was a week day. We had to drive 30+ minutes to do anything.

Great experience from arrival to departure - everyone was so friendly, clean rooms, gorgeous maintained property! Will be back and will recommend to everyone I know! 🙂

This property sucked....had to go to three hotels in the area to get us to this one. Had to park 300 yards from the hotel. Paid $277.00 for a pull down bed that was like sleeping on a rock.

Wonderful resort with lots of amenities, even in the summer. Great dining options. Housekeeping was phenomenal. Room was spacious with a nice fireplace. Views were incredible and complimentary ski lift tickets were a huge bonus. Access to free laundry was appreciated. Pool and hot tub were nice, however jets on hot tub were out of order. Only negative for the stay was a lot of construction was happening at the resort, so parking/walking was a bit frustrating, as well as the noise and appearance of surrounding area. However, the stay was awesome, so this was easily overlooked. Would definitely return to stay at Big Sky in the future.

Great hotel, very clean and well kept. Great look and feel. The walk from the lower parking lot was pretty ridicules. Rolling suite cases on the gravel was just not a good look. The walk was also zero lit at night. Walking on a gravel construction road in the dark seemed not on par with the how the hotel would like to be represented.

This is a beautiful place to stay in a wonderful mountain setting. The staff were welcoming and so very helpful. The only concern we had was getting luggage from our car in the parking lot to the hotel. The pathway between there was under construction and graveled and very difficult for rolling suitcases. The bathroom and kitchen were very well stocked, the kitchen even had an Insta pot. The towels in the bathroom were very plush, and they were even bath robes for our use. We had a nice balcony with a fantastic view of the mountain and ski areas. we would definitely stay here again if we were in the area.

I found the staff to be very helpful and friendly. The dining options within the resort were really good.

Will definitely be back! The staff was exceptional, accommodations were top notch. So much to do at the mountain and area.

Staff and rooms were exceptional. Only downside would be the house keeping. Requested a room clean and they only took the dirty towels and halfway moved the blanket on the bed. Other than that we absolutely loved our stay. Will be back

Nice place! Not many dinner options available since off season, pool and hot tub were a nice amenity, breakfast in the morning was slow and cold.

The property is beautiful. So many things to do to keep the family entertained. Bonus, the scenic rides up the mountain are included with your stay, although nobody told us. We were prepared to pay the $42 ticket each (yikes!), then were pleasantly surprised to hear it was included. Sad that we almost missed out but had decided to splurge. The room was lovely. Our room was in the Village Center. Only complaint was having the most uncomfortable mattress ever. Neither one of us slept well for two nights snd woke up aching all over.

Policies listed on this property are not forthcoming. This is a smoke and vape free property but this information is not listed on their website. There are no amenities for adults other than mountain biking in the summer. This resort is not a good place for adults as all amenities are for small children which there are an abundance of. Everything closes at 10pm. Construction ruins any view you would have had. Finding the hotel in the resort takes about 45 minutes to have someone escort you to where to park and then another long walk on concrete and gravel to the hotel. If you’re in town for Yellowstone it is over an hour drive to the West entrance which is much more crowded and long waits to enter. The town of Livingston is the same distance from Bozeman airport and is great for dive bars and night life. It’s the same distance to the north Yellowstone entrance from Livingston which is where the majority of the wildlife are found and is not near as crowded. Service is extremely slow and food is overpriced in the Village Center. Expect at least an hour and a half total time for breakfast each morning. We actually paid for a different hotel in Livingston for 2 nights in addition to this resort we had already paid for, just to get off of this resort and enjoy our time in Montana. Other than the resort, Montana and Yellowstone are amazing to visit and we had a great time when we were off of this resort.
