Hotel and room were well equipped and clean.
Staff very friendly and nice.
Unfortunately the internet did not really work.
And very unfortunate, we did not notice anything about our VIP status.

I had a perfect stay at Regina Hotel! The staff were absolutely amazing , incredibly helpful, friendly, and cooperative throughout my visit. The room was clean and comfortable, and the breakfast was truly exceptional. I highly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay here again!
