i-Suite Hotel

My experience at Hotel i-Suite Rimini was quite disappointing, especially considering the price of the stay. I expected a level of service and professionalism comparable to a good five-star hotel. Unfortunately, the service and, more importantly, the attitude of the staff toward resolving guest problems did not meet that standard. There were several issues during my stay, including the air conditioning not working, the coffee machine not working, and problems with the overall service. What was most frustrating was the inability of the staff and management to actually resolve these problems. The manager's approach seemed to be that offering a free drink at the bar would somehow compensate for or solve significant problems with the room and service. The attitude toward handling guest complaints felt quite immature. When something goes wrong, guests don't necessarily expect perfection—they expect the hotel to take responsibility, communicate properly, and make a genuine effort to fix the problem. That was missing from my experience. I also got the impression that third-party bookings are not given the same priority or level of attention as direct bookings, which is disappointing and not something I would expect from a hotel positioning itself at this price level. On the positive side, the breakfast was good, and the location is convenient. Those were the highlights of the stay.
