We booked another hotel to stay in that advertised A/C. They of course did not have it. We found two rooms in this establishment which fit the bill. The staff were very friendly and provided us with all the necessary information about the property. We were there for a wedding and the fact that they have a laundry room on site was a huge plus. We would not hesitate to book here again.

I requested a room on the top floor when I booked and was told that it was fully booked at 4pm in the afternoon on arrival. the receptionist was particularly unhelpful. When I insisted on atop floor room she miraculously identified one.
When you request a top floor room when you book a week in advance online, why can't the hotel provide you with one.
The staff need training on dealing with customers,
