We usually stay at Holiday Inn Express because they are pretty predictable. This one was the exception. There were NO cinnamon rolls at b'fast, no milk, and only jelly in a squeezable jar that was communal. Some of the property looked well maintained, while other parts (like hallway rugs) could use some help. Definitely not my favorite.

CONS: Window was missing a curtain and instead was covered with what appeared to be a painter's tarp (with eraser-size holes in it, too); bed was very firm and we didn't sleep well; closet doors would not close flush; and the internet Wi-Fi was not consistent to access and when the signal dropped our phones switched to 5G.
PROS: Staff was very nice; check-in was easy; room was clean; and breakfast was very good.
