Several small issues…. Had elevator issues while there…. Only 2 and 1 was out….. had fire alarm go off at 11:30 at night, that wasn’t the issue as it wasn’t them, the issue was we had a child sleeping in our room and didn’t know if we needed to evacuate, or anything, I was calling front desk, my sister was calling from her cell and we couldn’t get any answers… several guests were upset about not knowing what to do.
Other downer was that the shuttle only runs from 5-10 nightly…. SEVERAL guests found this to be an inconvenience….
The pool area was very nice! Several nice places to sit and visit… room itself was wonderful! We stayed in a 2 BR unit and it was perfect for 2 families.

Stayed in a very nice 2 bedroom suite with the family that gave everyone their own space. Everything from the greeting and checking to the breakfast and room were pleasant, immaculate and enjoyable.
