We booked and paid in advance for two rooms for four of us. When we arrived at the hotel the manageress ( SONIA) in the hotel told us that she can give us only one room. We showed the proof of documents for the booking of two rooms. Even then she did not relent. She was very rude and unprofessional in her attitude. In our opinion she was not fit to hold office. Her demeanour was appalling. We were put through a horrendous ordeal and were so distressed and traumatised. We hold Expedia and the manageress of the Campanile hotel responsible for causing distress and embarrassment. We wish that no one goes through such experience.
