Nice hotel

The rooms are spacious and you have everything inside the room

The tub had a leak and there was mold on the glass around the tub and very strong mold odor when the leak happened

It was alright but not for special occasions, if it was just for business day yes.

It has a good location, the room is confortable with nice view also the people who work there is nice! The spa is nicee with nice atmosphere✨

The pool out is terrible, so small. During the weekend they don’t open the bar or restaurant who must go outside eating. Our bathroom the bath is not possible to lay down. The AC was not easy to manage.

Beautiful Wedding Weekend

The room was soooo spacious and lovely! I rented the room out for my wedding preparations and I don't regret it! We had enough room for my makeup and hairstylist to style me both at the same time, while receiving my family and bridal party. Thank you for making my wedding weekend so memorable and beautiful!

It was my husband brother's wedding, we booked 2 rooms one for our children we really enjoyed .

The hotel is close to Westfield mall ,great location for everything, bus stops, metro station ,aldi many more restaurants and shops. We booked 2 rooms one for our children ,big room with kitchen like a house, lovely staff very kind I would recommend to everyone. Good value. Thank you so much for your lovely welcome.

The room was for my children ,we booked 2 rooms , they really like the locations of the hotel close to Burger King, Mac Donald and many more restaurants , Westfield mall ,bus stop and train station to Paris. Lovely staffs👌very kind.

Passable stay with room for improvement

Big room with a lot of space and a separate kitchen. Very friendly staff and a good kitchen for diner. Breakfast was ok.

Mattress was worn out. Room was hot and A/C apparently not working well (in several rooms). The invoice could not be printed during check-out. No shampoo in the room. Loud outside, if you have a room looking into the patio.

Staff, location and comfort were excellent

The a/c was not working on the higher floors, and it stayed that way for the entire stay. I could not understand why they didn't have a service call to fix it. After it is a hotel and customer comfort is paramount yes?

huge rooms like in many US hotels, a big mall and kids attractions nearby, ample parking space indoor and outdoor, less than 1 hour driving from Paris, alternatively frequent trains to Paris, well equipped mini kitchen, very friendly staff

No technician on duty on holidays to fix problems in the room, no dinner available in hotel on weekends

Was ok; could've been much much better with a little facility upgrade.

Staff, clean, lobby, parking

No shelf for soap or shampoo in shower. Drain was hard to plug to hold water in bathroom. Toilet seat loose. Door to unit did not close well; have to push to have it really close. No iron or ironing board in unit.

The facility is very spacious, practical and clean. The night receptionist is so kind , understanding and very helpful. We had an issue about the booking with a credit card that didn't function, after trying a few times with no success he still found a way to offer a solution. A big thanks to him and all staff ✨. We had an amazing time there ☺️

Disapointed

Room size is indeed gigantic, switch thr prestige appellation to appartement would be more accurate. It has been recently repainted/renovated. Large shower. Sofa is nice and comfortable Bed is very comfortable. Room is soundproof. Spa was nice, excellent professional team pulling the extra mile to please the customer. Most of the staff is nice and polite.

Prestige room had no prestige. Lightly furnished, view on a shopping center... The nice view on the lake is for cheaper rooms. Cleanliness. Bathtub not that clean. I was not able to get a full cleaning in 4 days. It seemed disorganized. I had to beg to get coffee pods. Restaurant is closed all week end. Spa is closed on Monday. No swimming pool. The fitness center is tiny. Room service runs only during restaurant hours, no breakfast after 9:30...

We found the room full of dead flies and the manger didn’t not admit her mismanagement of hotel instead she was justifying that it is a common problem because of the hotel is located next to the river Therefore flies normal fly into hotel room and drop dead 😀

Conveniently located hotel, with friendly staff and a good breakfast. Beds were very comfy too.

Very helpful and friendly staff. Food was excellent. The rooms were very spacious and comfy. The whole hotel was very clean. Good parking availability.

Nothing to dislike other than the price being quite high but there wasn't a lot of competition in this area i think.
