We had a Terrace room, highly recommend. The balcony was huge. Beds were comfortable. There was a bit of street noise if you are a light sleeper. Reception staff were friendly and warm. Pool was fabulous after a day walking about. Easy walk to port or the beach. Plenty to eat nearby. Can’t wait to stay here again in future.

Really enjoyed our stay in this hotel. Great location with the Vieux Port, in one direction, and the beach, in the other. Great pool with plenty of spare sun loungers and towels which we really enjoyed after sightseeing. Good choice at breakfast and it was enjoyable to eat on the terrace in the morning. Room was very clean and shower decent. Friendly and helpful staff. Would definitely return.

I had a wonderful time at New Hotel of Marseille. The location was perfect, 2 minutes walk from the beach, there’s a pharmacy next door (which is handy for sunscreen etc), local bakeries across the road.. the list goes on. The hotel is away from the main area of bars (about 15mins walk along the port) which is great, it’s quiet and relaxing. The pool is small, however it is sufficient and enough loungers. The staff are attentive but not intrusive. They very kindly allowed me to use the pool facilities before my room was ready on the day of check-in. I would highly recommend this hotel for guests who want to relax.

We had a great stay! We loved the location. About a 15 minute walk to Old Port which has a ton of restaurants and bars. we liked being a short way away from how hectic it was there. Staff was very nice and helpful. Highly recommend!

We were visiting Marseille for a work event held at Palais du Pharo. This hotel is modern and was ideally situated for this purpose - easy walking distance from the venue. Our stay was well supported by the staff. We used the dry cleaning service which was very speedy - much appreciated! The reception staff were friendly and attentive, with very good knowledge of English. Overall, we had everything we needed for our stay and we would gladly return.
