Clean, spacious and a 10 minute walk from the centre of town.

Myself, my wife and our two children under 10 years old visited the hotel in early June 2020 as the lockdown in Italy was relaxed.
We were travelling by car from the UK through France to Southern Italy and Aosta was about the mid-point.
Before we left home we were concerned about our safety and the cleanliness of the hotel was something that had worried us in advance.
We could not have been happier at the hotel for the one night we stayed, it was very clean and the staff could not have done more for us to make us feel comfortable and that we were safe.
Thank you, we will definitely stay again at some point in the future.

Very nice hotel.
Bed was too firm for our liking & room is small but nice.
The morning breakfast iwas great, as was the service.
For only 10 euros per person.
Very conveniently located to old town with a 10-15 minute walk & about 20 min from bus station.

Not too far from city center with very large and clean rooms. Ideal for families.

Nice hotel, very convenient. Free parking which is hard to find in Aosta.
The ac controls didn’t work so we were cold, but clean room nice staff

Stayed for 10 nights as a base for summer alpine trip. It’s around a10min walk to Aosta centre. A very clean and tidy hotel. The bar area is small but we did not use it. The room was a triple and was very big with very comfy beds. Small fridge was ideal for breakfast items. Bathroom was fairly big. The shower fixture had broken which meant we had to hold the shower head up to use. It was eventually sorted by the hotel. We took breakfast twice but it was nothing special. Scrambled egg and sausage were the only hot options so not really worth it for us @ €10 each. Others may be perfectly happy with this. We did not use the restaurant. There is a nice outdoor pool with sun beds. The indoor pool and gym set up was very good and appears newly set up. Sauna, steam room, pool and gym, all very nice. Staff very friendly. Would stay here again.

Great hotel, nothing bad to say. We had a comfortable and spacious room for our family of 4 with double and 2 twin beds. We enjoyed the pool, sauna and steam room too. Views of the mountains in all directions.

Nice hotel in a decent location! Large rooms and friendly staff! The Spa area is pretty small but enough to relax after skiing!

I doubt there are any bargains in Aosta but this place didn't offer me value for money. Its a good 20 minute walk from the station and seems more of a conference venue than hotel. The room was average and not entirely clean. The lift's chimes were all flat and warped, the noise it emitted was hilarious. The staff were polite but often distracted - there was a real drama at one point with some kind of booking mix up, luckily not mine. Maybe pick Ivrea or one of the valley villages to stay rather that Aosta which is kind of grim.

the hotel is in good shaped and probably have all the attributes for earning a 4-star. But the staff is NOT friendly and sticks to the rules. It seems that their belief is that a high-class hotel need to arrogant.

Pools were awesome. Restaurant had great food and reasonable price. Good breakfast, but can use some help with the coffee machine.

The picture of the hotel makes it look idlllyic. Other than being relatively close to the town, this hotel lacks charm (and Aosta as a region is very charming) and feels like a big chain hotel. The room itself was extremely bland. For a place where skiers would stay, I cant understand why hair dryers arent upgraded so they can be used with women (or anyone) with long hair - they are extremely dated vacuum tube weak hair dryers that cant be used. Our room faced the mountain at a distance...but a horrible looking dilapidated junkyard type building/structure was right in front which completely destroyed the view. We left after 2 days and went to Cogne. Our hotel there was so charming and quaint that it faded the bland and institutional feeling we had here. If I had to choose two towns to stay in, I would pick Cogne and Courmeyeur. The town of Aosta can be visited in a couple of hours. In short, while this hotel provided a bed and a roof, it lacked the charm befitting this region and certainly it is not befitting its 4 star rating. We stayed in a 3 star hotel in Cogne which far exceeded our expectations and was lovely so this isnt about American-centric standards, it is about providing the client with an experience to remember. Finally, of all the breakfasts we had on our 3 week stay in Aosta, Milan and Liguria, this was by far the most sparse. I was actually shocked at how sparse it was. Like I said, I stayed in 3 star places which fared much, much better.

We stayed for four nights and the hotel is a convenient ten minute walk to the Old Town. On the good side it had an outdoor pool and parking. The hotel itself is average and could do with some care and updating. Our room was clean but a bit worn. Nothing really wrong and nothing really special about this hotel.

We had a very large room with two Queen beds, a large TV with Sky service for Italy which I did not even know existed. It offered a few foreign channels. The large marble bathroom offered quality toiletries. We had a beautiful mountain view. The indoor pool adjacent to the reception was lovely. There was a gym and indoor golf putting but we did not use them. Plenty of parking available and a luggage trolley for guests to use. The buffet breakfast was good but not one of the best we had on our trip and the machine coffee was dreadful. The hotel is just off a through road but there was no problem with noise. Aosta is one of my favourite places and the town centre was a short walk,

Hotel was just ok.
Mattress was uncomfortable - should consider replacing - not a very good night's sleep. Only one sheet and was cold at night - consider having either extra sheet or better quality. Bathroom lighting not bright enough - especially for applying makeup etc - not female friendly. Hair dryer old fashion type - hose separated from unit so not possible to use. Consider providing hand held hair dryer.
.
Parking great.

The hotel looks fairly modern from the outside but the rooms are very dated. As we approached Reception we saw two very large dogs lying on the floor - not a good first impression! We were upgraded to a suite - furniture very dated. There was a safe but you had to ask in reception for a key which is unusual these days. The room was so hot and I asked how to work the air conditioning. I was told 'it's not switched on until June'!!! Surely a hotel can't claim to have air conditioning if it's not working?? Dressing gowns in the room looked as if they'd been there for years, clean but hard and worn.
The swimming pool looks really small although we didn't use it. This hotel is only 4* because it has a gym and swimming pool. We would never go back.

Thoroughly recommend this hotelfor a short stay in beautiful town of Aosta. Hotel appears to be recently renovated; very comfortable with small indoor pool. It is a good 10 minutes walk to the edge of the old town, and up to 20 minutes walk to restaurants. The old town is pedestrianised only so no taxis back! Breakfast is ok, nothing special, but it was included.

Very bland business hotel. Clean and functional but no heart and soul. Impersonal breakfasts but good recommendation for dinner up at Courmayeur (30 min drive)

this is a modern smart clean hotel with warm rooms and comfortable large beds. the inner atrium is attractive. the maid service was excellent with very large fluffy towel bundles fresh each day. as a base for a ski trip to the aosta valley it is very good- a car being essential but unlike other aosta hotels there is more than enough car parking. it takes10-15 mins walk to the augustus gate and old city walls with a fabulous pedestrian centre for shops/ bars[ especially wine]and very good restaurants- these are all decorated and lit up for christmas/ new year. we had two evening mealsin the hotel - the first excellent but service too fast ! the second [ on a busy night] was not in the same class. it needs a head waiter to organise- the wine list was mostly out of stock but the wine offered was good and reasonably priced. the bar is not used much as it is staffed by the hotel receptionist who is usually busy. breakfast was good standard continental with delicious fresh bread and cakes not to forget freshly pressed orange juice. if you are not italian you will need to ask about everything ! [ sparse signs/directions/ menus/information]- ask for carlo- local receptionist with good english or the owners daughter who has friends in nottingham. the small pool/ sauna/gym are clean and warm- very pleasant after ski-ing. for dog haters [ thats me !]- do not fear- the owners dogs are large but soft and sleepy and a great favorite with kids. they do not even bother the kitten!
