    I very rarely leave negative reviews. Unfortunately, this stay had several issues worth mentioning. First, the hotel advertises an airport shuttle on multiple booking platforms AND Google. They do not have one. An Uber from the airport is only about 10 minutes, but cost me ~$30 + tip. If you’re booking this specifically because of the advertised shuttle, be aware that it does not exist. The front desk staff are nice, and the beds are genuinely comfortable. The pillows are great, the AC works well, the TV has lots of channels, and the water pressure is good. Unfortunately, the hotel has a strong musty smell throughout, which gets worse on the higher floors and persists in the rooms. It makes the entire property feel unclean. The laundry situation was also ridiculous. I was told it was $2 to wash and $1 to dry. The washer is actually $2, but is pretty gross and poorly maintained. The dryer has conflicting labels saying both $1 and $2, and the filter doesn’t even fit properly. The $2 cycle didn’t fully dry my clothes, so I had to get more quarters from the grocery store next door because the front desk didn’t have enough. Then, when I opened the dryer door, it DIDN’T STOP. It continued spinning with the door open, sending clothes flying out. I had to catch my clothes and reach into an actively spinning dryer to retrieve them. That is a serious safety concern. Overall, the staff are nice and the bed is comfortable, but the musty smell, cleanliness issues, laundry problems, and nonexistent airport shuttle mean I would not stay here again.

    The room was very clean, spacious, pillows no uncomfortable smell. Bed comfortable. It was really quiet in the night to sleep. Staff were friendly. For me, the location is perfect, 10+min drive to downtown. Hair dryer was working well too....would recommend !

    We were told that drugs was found in a room and trash found in ice bucket. Room not clean at all. We should not have been told drugs found in room . We never sat our luggage down . We were told we would not get our first night back which I think is wrong since just not the best. We love partying at Baymont but this one in Savannah Georgia was the worse of all.
