    So as far as the room goes and the hotel in general, is pretty good, location and facilities close to many things, the only complaint I have is if you try to arrive earlier they are not lenient with early check in, plus I had added 1 child 2 adults for breakfast and my child was not included on the breakfast that doesn't even make sense to me so I had to pay his breakfast, and that was pretty upsetting. Other thing was that they didnt even offer any tourist guide info, I didnt learn about certain things untill my airport shuttle arrived and he was really nice and gave me info, also the waitress in the restaurant were really nice.

    We've enjoyed our stay at hotel Isabel. It is in a quiet neighborhood and has great facilities with the courtyard, pool and restaurant. Staff are very kind and helpful. It is walking distance to Col Americana and Centro, there are some coffee shops and markets nearby.
