It is right in the heart of the Colonia Americana, so location if you're interested in exploring this part of Guadalajara is superb. I also did not hear much street noise. The bathroom had steady and forceful hot water. Staff was attentive in addressing any need I had.
I was told I was getting an upgrade to my room, but it wound up being a room for 4, with 3 beds which did not make the room feel more spacious. There was no closet in the room and only two drawers underneath the bunk bed for clothes storage. Certainly, no coffee machine or soft chair for relaxing.

The location is excellent. The staff was very helpful. I liked the co-working space. The room was spacious and included a desk. The bed was comfortable.
The sound did carry between rooms, but it was not a big problem.

Nice room and staff
There is no sleeping at night time with the nightclub on the roof and across the road. Extremely loud.
