    We selected this hotel for its location. Very convenient for shopping and transportation; and you can almost walk to all major attractions. It’s an older hotel, our room was on the 4th floor with windows opened to a big air shaft. You’ll get free coffee and water in the lobby but not in the room. Staffs are friendly and helpful.

    Excellent stay! The hotel’s location is unbeatable — just steps away from Primark and right in the heart of Gran Vía, making it easy to explore all the main attractions on foot. The room was clean and comfortable, and the room service was prompt and friendly. Perfect spot for anyone who wants convenience, comfort, and great value in Madrid!

    Bad furniture the bad very beds it’s like the extra bed not comfortable at all and the breakfast limited no kitchen to serve the guests not enough food on it
