The location was excellent, it was close to everything. The bathroom was really nice.
The hotel was aging and had a weird cleaning product smell. The room was run down but the bathroom was really nice.

The value for money, given the location and what it offers is insane!
We took a small room, but there was everything we needed, including a real hair dryer! The location is in the middle of Gran Via, but in a quiet side road, so there is no noise. Staff is super nice and breakfast is good.

The location was perfect and the stuff were helpful and very polite
- the furniture were vere old , worn and very cheap.
- the room size is very small not what they mentioned in the description.
- the room rate was very expensive compared to the room condition and size
