Terrace was amazing, fantastic location but peaceful and quiet. As solo traveller felt secure and safe.

Puiki vieta netoli miesto centro, labai didelė terasa, tad vienoje pusėje atsiveria puikus vaizdas į kalnus :) Butas 7 aukšte, liftas kyla iki 6 aukšto, tad lipti laiptais nėra daug. Šalia parduotuvės ir jaukios kavinukės, visur galima nueiti pėsčiomis, tiek į miesto centrą, tiek į paplūdimį, tiek į metro. Vakarojant terasoje jauku ir smagu, gatvės triukšmas tai tik foninis miesto gausmas, kuris tikrai netrukdo, nes juk ir esate mieste ;)

Terasa galėjo būti švaresnė, reikia naujo skėčio nuo saulės ir sutaisyti dušo kabinos duris.

The location was ok, at 10 min walk to the city center. Easy check in and check out, allowing us to check a little bit earlier. Also, the spacious terrace is a value added allowing you to enjoy the warm weather and sun. Near grocery shops and mall.

Unfortunately, the apart is in general outdated in terms of furniture, appliances and general look&feel. Double bed from bedroom is a small with aprox. 135cm and not that comfortable, having a hard mattress. We needed to use also the 1 person bed from the living room and requested for bed sheath to be provided, but we realized that the bed linen was for a double bed, so after 1 night, seeing that actually it slips and you sleep directly on the mattress, we requested the owner to come and change it with an appropriate one. The terrace, even if it is the jewel of the apartment, it is not well maintained, chairs are old and partially torn. There is also a sun bed but has no pillows on it and the same, looks quite overused. The 2 seater-sofa would need for sure some cleaning. The grey color helps not to see that is dirty but the smell and feel was there. There is nothing modern about the bathroom! Is rather old style and needs upgrading. Unfortunately, the hot water is limited. For 2 persons living inside, after the first had a shower, even with cautious using of water to save it, for the second person it was a challenge to have a shower and not run out of hot water. Kitchen is very small and 2 people are barely managing to stay in the narrow area. For us it was enough as we didn’t cook that much, but for a family that needs to cook more during holiday, it could be a problem. Because we stayed in December, during evening, there was quite a humid air inside which made it really cold and we needed to keep air conditioning turned on all night to be sure is warm, air conditioning which makes an annoying sound and was waking us during night. Even if is on the main road, you cannot hear the noise from outside but, you can hear the noise from the elevator. The elevator is up to 6th floor, but on the 7th floor, is the motor of the elevator, so at the first hours in the morning you could hear the motor right near the living room wall.
