All the staff I meet during the short stay were so nice and helpful. The guidance from them and perfect location. Room really nice, maybe little small but that's okay. Second stay at this hotel. Will surely come back again if am back to Istanbul.

Everything, especially the receptionist Mert, who was kind enough to made sure we were able to check in earlier, showed us the town and made the whole experience even better.

The staff are friendly and polite. They recommended a midrange restaurant to us and it turned out to be the best
