The staff was wonderful! Friendly, accommodating and so ready to help with anything you need.
The property did seem dated. No amenities as to what you'd typically look for- no coffee maker or fridge in the room. They did have coffee in the lobby. No breakfast services.
The fireplace was nice but, description on website of the courtyard was basically a cement porch outside of the front doors, facing street and driveway.
I still give it a 4 star rating because of staff and location- walking distance to restaurants, pubs and breweries, and downtown shopping boutiques. I'd stay there again.
