Fire alarm went of in the middle of the night waking us all up, didnt seem to be anything major tho because we didnt get any cominicstion whether we were allowed back in the rooms or not, the carpet had muddstains and i found long black hair in the shower and bed (i got short brown) Except for that it was great service nice room

Everything was great - the only matter to raise was the tv - it appeared to not be working correctly, the screen was faded at the bottom of the screen and all of a sudden the image would disappear after 10/15 of watching BBC One HD

Staff were great, room was great location was great . In case i dont get a chance to mention later, the only negative is that i like a bath. This was possible, with a bathtub in my room, but the shampoo etc dispensers are NAILED to the wall at a height of 1.7 metres, which is tough to reach without standing up

Really poor hotel my flight was cancelled and I could not get a flight from stanstead so had to go via Heathrow. Addison would not let me get a refund but did say I could cancel room and get zero money back. So I ended up keeping room and nobody stayed. Total waste will never be using this chain again. Very short term strategy from this chain

The room and the location where great. But the service at the restaurant was horrible, we were in a hurry and traveling with a child, after waiting for some time for our dinner, we found out, that although it was already paid they forgot to submit the order to the kitchen, we didn't get much more than a "sorry". The other thing which was annoying was that during the night the very small fridge was making noise like a big fridge, quite bothering when the reason to stay there was to get a comfortable night sleep before an early flight.
