Aunt Rose's Place Duplex is a clean, cozy, and recently updated duplex In downtown Monroe Michigan. The Whole Duplex provides two: bathrooms, laundries, kitchens, and living rooms, 3 bedrooms, a sofa-bed, a love-seat that turns into a small full-sized bed, and chais.
We leave enough paper products to get you through a short stay, or get you started for an extended stay!
Linens, cookware, bakeware, mixer, blender, crockpot, utensils, dishware, and more to make your stay as much like home as possible. Just bring your personal items, take a look at the cabinets to see what you need, and you can have your groceries delivered, or pick them up at the nearby market!
The parking lot off alley is about 36 ft deep by 21 ft wide. There is also a charcoal grill, and lawn furniture in hw fenced in yard.

The lower apartment has a dishwasher and seating for 6. It also has a walk in shower, Upper bathroom has tub and shower, and the kitchen seats 4.
Walking distance to the post office, parks, shopping, museum, bars and restaurants. I have had guests bring kayaks for nearby lake Erie, they've biked to work, it is close to most Monroe activities.
30 miles from Detroit or Toledo OH, 45 miles from Ann Arbor MI, 30 miles to Canada. Close to Fermi, ProMedica, National Galvanizing and many local industries.

My family of five stayed at Aunt Rose’s house over Christmas this year and it was great. Everything went smoothly right from check in and throughout our stay. There were towels and kitchenware avaialable for our use, as well as direct tv and wireless both upstairs and downstairs. We really enjoyed this property and think it was a great decision to stay there. Thanks, Rose!
