    This hotel has the best restaurants. It’s smaller and less crowded, quick walk to the water taxi, less people, location is the best. Can walk to multiple establishments outside of the hotel. Will only stay here

    I was very misled on the room I was charged an upgrade for. I was told it was one of the “best rooms with a patio/balcony not overlooking the pool” (I upgraded from a parking lot view). One entire side of the floor was under construction and had an interesting smell. The view was partially of the pool with a dirty, cobweb filled window, no patio/balcony. The room was not clean and the comforter was dirty. Broken lamps and USB plugs near the bed didn’t work. There was a plumbing issue with the sink in the bathroom. Two of the 3 restaurants we went to served undercooked food and the sandwich shop employees are completely unprofessional. Next time I will stay somewhere else.
