So in the add it says that there is a pool, ice machine, laundry facilities, and a continental breakfast. But the pool is empty, ice machine is broke, the laundry room is out of order, and both mornings there was nothing but watery coffee and maybe some crappy honey buns. The room had spider webs in it, the tub was dirty, didn't drain right, and there was no hot water! No phone in the room, no remote to the TV, no towels so I went to the front desk to get towels and other things. The beds were loud and there was one tiny trash can in the room so when we left, we left an empty to go box on the bathroom counter. The next day I saw they took my deposit, so I called like five time before someone answered and when I asked why they took my deposit, they said that the house keeper said that we left the room a mess. Isn't literally the housekeepers job too clean the room? And aside from the empty to go box and the sheets not made, the room was fine. This isn't worth a consideration.
