About this apartment rental
Secluded villa-style cottage/condo on east side of Rt. 1 between Rehoboth and Dewey Beach. Located in a quiet area and walking distance to the beach (about 5 blocks), Dewey Beach (.5 mile) and Rehoboth Ave (1 mi). The Jolly Trolley is just around the corner. Perfect for 1-2 couples or a small family. Most comfortable for 1-3 people.
1 assigned off-street parking spot and free non permit parking along F. Benson St.
This is a smoke free property per condo association rules. Quiet hours 11pm-7am. No groups as to respect the neighbors. Renters must be 30 years and up (with exception of families)
Large patio with table, umbrella and new sectional couch. Fully equipped kitchen and gas grill.
Downstairs bedroom with queen bed. 2nd bedroom (double) and loft (twin) are upstairs- spiral staircase. Shower stall only- no tub. HEPA air filters downstairs and upstairs.
2 beach chairs available for use during stay.
1 well behaved dog accepted with pet agreement.

The condo was so cute and comfortable. Perfect for my friend and I for our weekend of surfing. Dana is super nice and fast at responding to messages and questions! 12/10 would recommend!

It was a short walk to the beach and and easy drive to area attractions. The compact kitchen was fully stocked. The beds were comfortable and the decor attractive. We brought out medium sized dog and were able to take him to the beach (offseason) and walk him in the immediate neighborhood.
It is an end unit which was nice. We did hear the immediate neighbor dogs barking periodically through the adjoining wall.
