We loved our stay at this hotel. The staff was friendly and the room was really clean. Perfect location too!

I experienced disappointment and frustration upon checking in, as the front desk lady claimed I had no reservation, disregarding my assertions that I had booked online. Having traveled 12 hours and arriving late, I was exhausted and dismayed by her failure to check the computer before dismissing my reservation. The unclear English spoken by the staff member added to the challenge. And her breakfast scheduled told was wrong.
While the room was adequate, the bathroom fell short, featuring a broken shower and unsanitary conditions, including mold on the bathtub!
But the lady in the breakfast is super super super nice and helpful and very friendly, food were good too.
Some of the worker are smoking outside on their break in the main door, not very nice!

without any disclaimer on booking website, hotel was under renovation--no "pardon our dust" sign in the lobby either--front desk looked like a convention check-in with folding tables--
aynpathies were with the staff working under these conditions forced to inhale paint fumes during their entire shift--
room was clean but noisy--it was the air conditioner, which was difficult to adjust and had few setting options --finally resorted to turning it off (on a 100 degree day)--the bathroom fan was just as loud--
though breakfast was included, opted out for fear of consuming unsafe chemicals--
this hotel should neither have been open for business nor charged full rate--shane on them
