Ideally located in the heart of Charente and close to the airports of Bordeaux, Angoulême and Bergerac, Aubeterre has so much to offer you.
This beautiful apartment is very close to the market square and restaurants and other shops where you will find everything you need for a carefree holiday.

The apartment is south facing with access to the garden and has a spacious terrace for lunches and dinners outside with an exceptional view of the 12th Century Castle and the roofs of this medieval village.
The apartment, whose entrance is on rue Saint Jacques, can comfortably accommodate 4 adults and 2 kids.
It consists of a large bedroom with a 1.80m bed and a second bedroom at the top floor with with a king size bed and 2 single beds. The two bedrooms have ensuite bathrooms. The 2 toilets are separate.
The living / dining room opens onto a fully equipped equipped kitchen, overlooking the garden and the village view .

We really enjoyed our stay in Terra Alba. It is ideally located close to the centre of town. The apartment is very spacious and the outdoor space was very welcome in the hot weather while we were there. The apartment remained cool even though the temperature was 38 degrees outside. It is very well equipped and was very clean. Our only complaint was that the toilet room is very small, but otherwise I would definitely recommend this property. i
